Is LuminCoach a full coaching business platform, or just voice?
A full platform. Clients, scheduling and online booking, payments, packages and memberships, a private client portal, a website on your own domain, and built-in video, all in one place. The personal audio sessions in your own voice and the AI assistant are what set it apart from a scheduling-and-payments tool.
Is LuminCoach an alternative to Practice.do or Paperbell?
Yes. Practice.do shut down in November 2025, and LuminCoach covers the same ground: clients, scheduling, payments, memberships and a client portal. It adds a full website, built-in video, an AI assistant and personal audio sessions in your own voice. See the comparisons at /alternatives.
Do I still need separate tools for scheduling, payments and a website?
No. LuminCoach replaces them. Your booking, your payments on your own Stripe, and a full website you can import your old one into, are all built in and share the same client records.
Is a cloned voice safe, and who owns it?
You do. You record it yourself, you can delete it any time, and it is only used for sessions you write and approve. It is never used for anyone else.
Do my clients need an app or an account?
No. Each client gets a private link. It opens on any phone or computer and their sessions are there. No password, nothing to install.
I do not want to clone my voice. Can I still use LuminCoach?
Yes. Upload your own recordings and the rest works the same: the client space, the calendar, the payments, the follow-up. Switch to your cloned voice whenever you like.
How is this different from sending an audio file on WhatsApp?
You see who listened and how they felt. Sessions are written for one person from your notes. And you can charge for them, run programmes and memberships, all under your own name.
Who handles the money?
Your clients pay into your own Stripe account. You set the prices and you give refunds. LuminCoach charges you a monthly plan and nothing per client.
Where is client data kept?
In the EU. Audio is stored in Europe, and you can erase a client, or your whole account, yourself. The privacy page lists the companies we use.
