Do I need Zoom, Teams or Google Meet?
No. One-to-one video is built into LuminCoach. You book an online session and your client joins from a link in the browser, with no app and no account.
How do my clients get their recordings?
Through their own private space, opened by one link. You never send files over WhatsApp or email, and you never store them on Google Drive or OneDrive. If a client loses the link you resend it in a click and everything is still there.
Can I use my own recordings instead of a cloned voice?
Yes. Choose Your own recordings and upload finished audio. The cloned voice is optional and on the Coach + Voice plan.
I recorded somewhere noisy. Can you clean it?
Yes. When you upload a recording, LuminCoach offers to remove the background noise, dogs, traffic, a fan, and lets you keep the cleaned version or the original. Sessions in your cloned voice are clean already.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Clients pay into your own Stripe account and you keep 100%. LuminCoach charges a flat monthly plan, never a percentage of your clients' payments.
Where is my data stored?
Your clients' details and their audio are stored in the EU, and you can erase a client or your whole account at any time.
Can clients book themselves?
Yes. Turn on online booking and clients pick from your real available hours; the invite and reminder are sent for you.
What does LuminCoach replace?
Your scheduler, payment links, website builder, file storage, client emails, a notebook, and your video tool, in one place, with the busywork written for you.
Is it for hypnotherapists and therapists too?
