How a live session runs

When you book an online session, LuminCoach makes a private video room for it. At the time, start it from Today or the Calendar. Your client opens their own link and joins in the browser. No app to install, no account, no meeting code to paste.

Book a session and choose Online. The client is emailed a join link and a reminder the day before.
At the time, open the session from Today or the Calendar and start it.
Your client clicks their link and joins, camera and microphone, straight in the browser.
Talk. Go full screen, and leave when you are done.

Record for your notes

During the session you can record it for notes, but only once your client has agreed on their side. When you stop, LuminCoach writes a transcript and a short summary into the client's file, so you are present in the session instead of typing through it.

Recording is two-sided. It only starts when you have both agreed, the client always sees a recording badge, and consent is logged. Nothing is recorded without it.

It just connects

The video is direct between you and your client and is built to connect on any network, home wifi, mobile, or a locked-down office, with nothing for you to configure. In-person sessions need none of this: book them as in person and there is no room.
