How it works

During an online session you can record it for notes, once your client has agreed. When you stop, LuminCoach writes a transcript and a summary into that client's file, and proposes notes and next steps you can accept or change.

Recording is two-sided and always consented; the client sees a badge and consent is logged. This uses your voice-plan features.
